Tungo Media ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Gostado mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service, and the choices you have associated with that data.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Tungo Media is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@tungomedia.nl.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Gostado uses the collected data for the following purposes:

Gostado displays advertisements to keep the app free to use. Advertising is provided through Google AdMob, a Google advertising service.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized advertisements. We do this using Google's certified consent management platform (the User Messaging Platform), which is shown the first time you open the app.
You can change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time:
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Service is used in aggregate — for example, which features are used and where users encounter problems. This helps us improve the app. Where required, this processing is based on your consent, and respects the choice you made in the consent screen described in Section 3.
With your permission, we send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging — for example, when you are near a stadium with an upcoming match, or when a friend interacts with you. You can disable notification categories in Settings → Notifications in the app, or turn off notifications entirely in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to run the Service:

Some information — such as your username, avatar, check-ins, badges and ranking position — is visible to other users of the Service by design. You can hide your online status via Settings → Privacy.
We may also disclose your personal data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of users or the public.
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — servers located outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Our advertising is not configured for child-directed treatment. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be announced in the app.
